Golf practice
Usually, my practices are around 3 to 4 hours long. To become better I have to keep practicing no matter what it takes. Not only that it helps me to become physically better but it also helps me mentally. It teaches me to become balanced because I must be able to manage my time efficiency because I have a lot of homework and tests to catch up in school.
